Negative: Had some trouble with (lack of) hot water. However this was minor compared to the friendliness of the staff and the location of the apartment!

Positive: The apartment is very nice and functional, spacious, plenty of natural light and great air circulation and with a lovely balcony with tables and chairs. It was spotless, and the swimming pool area was kept impeccably clean. The location is perfect: slightly away from the main crowded tourist strip, so that it seems quieter, but only a 10 minutes walk from it. The staff is helpful responsive and friendly. We loved our stay
Negative: If there is one thing I would improve is the amount of hot water in the apartment. Even when taking a very brief shower there was never enough hot water for the next person to have a warm shower. So if there is one thing I would change it’s probably the size of the boiler. However, being a hot country, we didn’t suffer it too much and we’d definitely stay there again

Positive: Extremely clean and comfortable apartments. Staff always on hand and a warm welcome. Easy online taxi booking service. Could self cater or eat out easily, a pleasant walk to town from hotel.
Negative: I didn’t like having to pay by bank transfer with no mention of this before booking on booking.com. I would have appreciated this being clearer up front as it is a large sum of money to part with, with no guarantee of what you will get.

Positive: The pool was lovely for the children to play and cool off. Walking distance to central area and places to eat. Seconds from the beach, which was quiet and beautiful to watch the sunset. Quaint little cafe/ice cream spot just next door.
Negative: The bed was a little hard, not too comfortable, but everyone has their own preference, so not a deal breaker.

Negative: We were woken every morning (except Sunday) with the noise from a building site approx 20 meters from our bedroom and balcony. The noise and dust meant the balcony was virtually unusable. Not the fault of the complex but we wouldn't of booked if we'd known in advance. Shame.

Positive: The management of the facilities is outstanding. They offer a convenient pick-up service for €20, which is the same as a regular street taxi. They also provide an app where you can book excursions, get recommendations for local restaurants, and access anything you might need during your stay. Their taxi driver will check you in even if you arrive late, and then assign you a dedicated host. Our host was Mikki, and she truly went above and beyond for us. She was always available, exceptionally polite, and greeted us with a smile every time. One night, we were unfortunately pickpocketed, and our apartment key was stolen. Mikki came over at around 2 a.m. to let us in, ensured we were safe, and arranged for the lock to be changed the following morning. Mikki really deserves recognition for her incredible support and professionalism.
Negative: All good – just a thought: it might be useful to have a dedicated room where tourists can leave items like sun cream that they can’t take back when travelling. This way, other guests can use them instead of buying new ones, helping to reduce waste.
