Positive: The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming, the room was clean, and the view was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty (very good coffee!). Perfect for kids, they enjoyed pool also indoor and outdoor kids areas. Lovely stay for sure.

Positive: Great location, wonderful views, literally everything except food
Negative: Last time we were here, the food was exceptional. Literally there was no need to go outside the facility. Unfortunately, this time something has changed. I’d say it’s definitely not worth the money anymore. I don’t mind paying extra for the convenience of dining on-site, but over 200 zł for an average pizza, dry ribs, and two drinks left us disappointed.

Positive: The main building is organized nicely. The spa massage was great. The room on the lake is a great experience however I find it overpriced as depending on the weather you don't get to enjoy the view and outside as much. The restaurant and spa staff are very nice and helpful. The main building is well cleaned. I would recommend staying in the main part or close to it.
Negative: Given the price for the lake room which is like staying in Paris for 250 EUR per night I really didn't like the following: - toys in main building for kids are old and mostly lost, not replaced for years, books are not even there, no coloring option. You get more choice for kids in restaurant nearby. Considering the price and who comes to hitel it's strange to have such limited indoor part for kids. - the outdoor pool has no sun cover. Sun cover is for bar only. The kids are allowed to jump in the pool as they wish with their parents recording them over and over. - the gym is a joke...the running and bike equipment from the 90s that should be put in recycling and basically puts people in danger. The photos will deceive you with squash field for like 2 people...I bet the owner have built the squash field for himself. Then the best part they won't allow you in the gym before breakfast. The excuse of spa part not being open has no logic to the gym rules. Given in ANY hotel they allow you to gym on your own anytime, there is no safety issue. Also cleaning of gym excuses given in the morning...i mean if you are a gym member you know you clean equipment but they won't even give you tools to disinfect the equipment. I would cancel my stay if I knew the gym equipment and the hours. - the indoor swimming pool area is so slippery there should be tapes or anything. Puts children in danger

Positive: Location is spectacular and on a hot day, the outdoor pool and facilities are great. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. Great for kids: little play area beside the restaurant, water attractions, and bowling.
Negative: We had some issues with the temperature of water in the bathroom and also water in both the indoor and outdoor pools is cold so only pleasant on a very hot day. There were two different corporate events during our stay, and it can get quite loud in the evenings because of that so would be great if there was a separate part of the restaurant for those kind of groups - so that noise is not bothering the other hotel guests.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were lovely, the staff was very friendly and always happy to help. The spa area with saunas and the pool was good. Breakfasts were very extensive, and the hotel grounds were well-maintained and stylish. The view from the balcony was amazing.
Negative: One small suggestion for improvement: considering the overall level of service and breakfast quality, freshly squeezed orange juice instead of diluted drinks would be a welcome addition.
Summary: We enjoyed everything and had a truly relaxing stay.
