Positive: It was clean and close to the metro. Good bed and good kitchen.

Negative: . The apartment was located between buildings and the highway, the soundproofing was very poor and my son did not sleep at night.

Positive: Nice one-story house consisting of two apartments, with small gated parking. Complete privacy and a country-house feel thanks to the small garden or patio. Contactless check-in with a code, the owner is very welcoming, always reachable and helpful. The apartment is very clean, with good air conditioning (important since the apartment is on the ground floor, the windows are protected by bars are quite high and not supposed to be opened). Special thanks for the coffee capsules to start a day! :) The way to the metro is really quick, but not the most pleasant — you walk partly along a busy road without a sidewalk, partly under a bridge and then up stairs to the metro entrance. But then only 15 minutes by metro to the city center :)

Negative: Some points are not real disadvantages and were absolutely no problem for us, but might be important for someone: - the entrance to the parking lot is a steep ramp, which can be challenging for an inexperienced driver; - the house is not for light sleepers, as the railway runs right next to it (traffic is not heavy at night, but it is); - a restaurant for the dinner is located right next to apartments, but the nearest breakfast cafe or supermarket are about 15-20 min walking.

Positive: The property is exactly how described. Very clean and you can see it was built and decorated with a lot of love. The hosts are very responsive. Anything you need, you can just ask them, or the friendly owners in the Cafe which is right at the corner of the building. You can see from the location, that you are not at Piazza Navona - it is very central to EUR district. And you can notice, to get there you need a car or a cab/Uber (which are easily available, quick to arrive, and not too expensive in Rome). There are 2 types of entry keys you need. One for the gate, and another for the house/apartment. You need to make sure you get your security key before you get to the property. The hosts will send it to you, just make sure you get it before you arrive.

Positive: Lovely apartment with everything I needed, including a washing machine! Very clean and a few minutes walk from metro. The host was fantastic with regular communication and very useful information. The hydro-spa was a real treat!

Negative: There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like.

Positive: Our stay was perfect, everything was new and super clean and spacious. They made attention even to the smallest details as such as even the hand soap smelling like lemons. I don’t have the words to describe everything, we are super happy with our stay and the host were so kind and always there for us. It is 5 minutes from metro station and with it you are in less than 10 minutes in the city
