Perfect for families, Lemon Tree Shack is a peaceful retro haven by the water.
See the dolphins and koalas, play on the beach, relax on the balcony, take coastal walks, there is plenty to do.
Located at Lemon Tree Passage, Port Stephens, the Shack is ideal for family holidays. Sleeping up to 9 people, it is family and pet friendly( *conditions apply see below ).
The yard is fully fenced and only a 100 metre walk through the Koala reserve to the beach.
Lemon Tree Shack sleeps up to 9 people.
Bunker Bedroom sleeps 4 = 1 x king size bed and bunks
Main Bedroom sleeps 3 = 1 x king size bed and 1 single bed
Sunroom sleeps 2 = 1 x Double Sofa Bed
Ground Floor- Bunk Bedroom, Main Bedroom, Sunroom, laundry, Bathroom.
1st Floor- Kitchen, lounge room , dining room & balcony ( 1st floor accessed via external staircase)
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, PILLOW SLIPS & TOWELS
( The BIG BEDS are two singles put together , so a KING fitted sheet is best or a Queen flat sheet would suffice for the base . Each bed has two pillows per person)
Pillows, Duvets ,blankets, tea towels and hand towels are provided.
*Additional linen rental extra $25PP for the stay, includes bed linen & towels. Please advise ASAP.

Summary: This property takes you back to carefree childhood holidays by the water. An easy morning spent exploring the river front and laid back afternoon snoozing in the sunshine.Plenty to keep the kids occupied and off screens, all the amenities you could need and enough board games to sink a ship.A quirky throw back to holidays in the 70’s and 80’s which the kids are already talking about ‘when we go back to…’

Summary: Homely, quirky, spacious and comfortable. A retro shack with a huge personality! Nothing pretentious, mind you, but a great place to chill, go kayaking (as we did. easily carrying the kayaks down to the water), fishing (not for us though, too impatient). There's a lovely walking track just out the back door of the Shack, and many other top tracks and board walks around Lemon Tree Passage. Simon is a brilliant host, making sure that we knew where everything was. What's more, Wayne and Carol are the perfect next door neighbours, welcoming and friendly. The Shack offers everything anyone could possibly want, except it will never be contemporaneous which is partly what gives it charm!
