Just minutes from the pristine waters of Narrawallee Beach & Inlet, & the tranquillity of the nature reserve, this contemporary, spacious home has a lot to offer the discerning holiday maker.
Only a short drive to historic Milton, where you can enjoy its excellent restaurants cafes, galleries, boutiques & explore the interesting home wares & vintage/antique stores. You can also enjoy historic walks or buy a ticket for a concert at the Milton Theatre, a popular venue for local & international musicians.
The picturesque Ulladulla harbour is only a 10 minute drive away. Ulladulla, is famous for its great range of seafood, & offers cinemas, a ‘Funland’, Ten Pin Bowling, great shopping & a choice of fine dining. Nearby is Cupitt’s Winery & Rick Stein’s Restaurant, both with fabulous views.
Excellent surfing can be found in Narrawallee, Mollymook & a little south of Ulladulla. Wonderful fishing spots are located throughout the area, such as Narrawallee beach & inlet. Narrawallee Inlet is very popular for paddlle boarding.There are also many opportunities to enjoy a bush walk throughout the area.
Mollymook, offers two golf courses. One is a 9-hole course with stunning sea vistas & a restaurant in the clubhouse, & the other, is an 18-hole championship course, on the hill over looking Mollymook.
Throughout the year there are a selection of Art, Music, Wine & Food Festivals. The Milton Market is held on the first Saturday of every month & the Mollymook Market every 5th Sunday.
Leo's provides an inviting, open plan living space, which opens onto a N.E facing, wrap around verandah, & is the perfect setting to relax, dine or enjoy a BBQ, after days spent at the beach, bush walking, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding or enjoying the many sights & year round activities that the district has to offer.

The house is very well presented, with quality furnishings & features. It has 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite & walk in wardrobe, the other bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes & the rumpus room has a double sofa bed. All bedrooms have block out blinds.
There are two bathrooms, one with a spa, as well as an outdoor hot & cold shower, separate laundry and a large double garage.
The house is all on one level, with only a few stairs to the yard. The outside has a garden, fully fenced yard & clothes line.

Summary: This was a lovely property, very well set out being perfect for our family as it had ample spaces for everyone to hang out . The board games were really fun and a great way for everyone to get together after long beach days. The neighbourhood was very peaceful with good privacy and the beach and inlet were walking distance , the inlet was great to explore at night with torches, so fun for kids . Carol was great with check in information and very welcoming. Would not hesitate to stay again !

Summary: Spent long weekend with grandparents and kids. This large property has lots of separate spaces to hangout, from the wrap around balcony to the second tv room. A perfect for the multiple generations to each find a spot to relax.

Summary: This an excellent house to stay in - and the second time we’ve stayed! Narrawallee is a gorgeous beach and while this isn’t walking distance (at least not with small children), the house makes up for it in so many ways. Firstly the layout is excellent - having a second living area for games/toys is super handy, the bedrooms separated from the living spaces with doors (also handy when you have kids who nap during the day/go to bed early), the wrap around deck and all the plants give such a nice feel to the place, and delivers on the ideal indoor/outdoor living. It’s also great to get access to the whole double garage. We come down with a surfboard and a roof box which can then easily be stored in the garage and don’t get in your way. We also love the outdoor shower for getting all that sand off when you come back from the beach. Five stars!!

Summary: We absolutely loved our time at Leo Beach house. The property was immaculately presented, exceptionally clean with everything you need and more. The location was close to everything and in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. Our lovely host, Carol was fantastic to deal with and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Summary: Our family loved staying here in this beautiful property. It was super clean and so thoughtfully laid out, including the outdoor shower which was perfect after a day at the beach ! The children loved feeding the birds on the outdoor deck. Our host Carole was very organised and considerate. An amazing place to stay so close to many beautiful beaches.
