Negative: Construction going on at the property at time of our stay.

Summary: Clean, convenient, location close to our favorite beaches. Budget friendly. Only bummer was the construction happening.

Positive: A cottage with a garden, a small pool, and a terrace. There's also billiards and table football :) We spent four beautiful days on Praslin - two adults and two teenagers. The pool was shared with three other semi-detached cottages. But the beaches on Praslin are so beautiful, there was no need to use the pool. But if you're lucky, there is :) Very quiet area. Parking on the property. Close to the beaches and the shop. Praslin is a small island, so everything is close :) The kitchen was well-equipped. There's also a washing machine, which is helpful on long trips. Kannan was very helpful. He gave us information about the island and places of interest.

Positive: The Villa was really nice. It is good for family stay at a great location with good facilities such as swimming pool, pool table and a nice garden.

Negative: Only issue was the parking as we had to park behind each other. More parking can be provided if the garden at Villa 1 are open so more parking can provided.

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay at the villa and on Praslin with my family.

Positive: - Appartment is really spacious! - Airconditioning in bedrooms, which is really needed. - Flowers on the bed for a romantic detail. - The host Kannan welcomed us with a drink, which was nice! He prepared us a grilled barbecue fish, which was really excellent! We really enjoyed the meal and we appreciate it. - Late check out was not possible, but we could have a shower at the end of the day, which was nice - Very nice and big swimming pool - Close to the beach, but it's easier to have a rental car. - Washing machine was a bonus!

Negative: - Cleaning could be a little better. Swimming pool had dirty lounche chairs and if you look at the edges, there is dirt at the tiles. Some tiles were really sharp on edge. Better to cover this up as it can be dangerous. - Some things in the apartment need to be fixed like the shower head is broken and it cannot be put up. Only hot water from the broken shower head. The rain shower has cold water. - Lots of ants inside the appartment (but I guess that will always be a battle) - We booked a 2 bedroom appartement, but when we arrived, one room was locked. We asked Kannan to open the door as we prefer sleeping separate. He got the key and made up the bed. So no big deal. But I'm just wondering why it is closed as you book a full apartment. - No oil, salt, pepper, nothing provided. It would be better to accommodate in these small facilities to make it a 10.

Positive: Perfect location, equidistant from the most beautiful beaches and less than a kilometer away from small markets, which you can reach by car in just 3 minutes. Stunning house, featuring two double beds, a private bathroom for each bedroom, and impeccable cleanliness. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (the only thing missing is a colander 😊, which is essential for an Italian, but you can easily buy one at the market). The outdoor space is spacious, with a lovely view of the pool. Great swimming pool, with a dedicated shallow area for children and a deeper section of about 150 cm. Kind and discreet owners, always available to suggest places to visit and help you book Lemuria or organized excursions. A special thanks to the house caretaker, who was not only extremely kind and helpful but also prepared an amazing grilled fish and rice meal for us. Don't hesitate—book with Leo! Even though there aren’t many reviews (I had some doubts too), this is a perfect place for a vacation in Praslin. Thank you!

The owner & host Dennis is friendly, attentive to every detail, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. As the first guest, I was treated with coconut water upon arrival, celebratory BBQ and free late checkout. I am still by the pool writing this review waiting for my 7pm flight 🤗 It is indeed an extraordinary gesture that’s truly rare in all my years of traveling. Hats off to this outstanding host! Leo Self-Catering is a sister property to Happy Stay Villa, sharing the same exceptional concept and thoughtful ownership but located in a different serene setting. The consistency in quality and service is impressive! The property is spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The swimming pool was a personal highlight having it all to myself as the only guest made it feel like a private retreat. Surrounded by lush greenery, the poolside ambiance was peaceful and rejuvenating. Dennis also makes it incredibly convenient to explore the area and beyond. He can arrange taxis, car hires, fishing trips, and excursions to Curieuse & St. Pierre to an affordable rate. He even has his own boat, adding a personalized touch to the adventures he organizes. The warmth and attention to detail by Dennis made short stay even more special. Well done, Leo Self-Catering! With this level of dedication, you’re destined for great success.
