Summary: Its hot in Zurich and our 1st room was so hot we could not stand it. The girl at front desk took pity on us, and upgraded us to a room with larger windows that opens. The Dyson Cool is totally ineffective at 29C temps. You need to get proper sir conditining system.

Summary: Tough walk from the train station, but beautiful high on the hill. Good dining options and convenient groceries. Breakfast definitely not worth the price. Bed was comfortable enough. Free drinks were very nice and lovely balcony. The bathroom is bizarre. The sink was very small, the shower was hot, cold then no pressure then high pressure. Awful
