Positive: What I liked about the property is that the representative that had checked us in was very friendly and helpful. His name is Ray Mantanona. What I also like was the parking was very empty and the room had a washer and dryer.

Negative: What I didn’t like was that the hours about the pool were too early for closing and that there were some stains on the carpet and not a lot of TVs in the room. It kind of looked out dated and it was very sad that some parts of the room and either rust or brown coloring.

Summary: Our stay was very good and relaxing with amazing and helpful staff.

Positive: I liked that the hotel offered a crib free of charge. & they were able to meet my request of staying near my other family.

Negative: The washer didn’t work, the room smelled so musky that we had to air out the rooms, carpets had a lot of bleach stains, furniture is outdated, fridge looked old & rusty in the inside, the balcony had algae all over.

Summary: I really wished the rooms were more clean than what I saw. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Breakfast was the one i was looking forward at any hotel. But the breakfast could improve more. I wished thier buffets had more options or choices. Thats the only thing i was sad about especially for my kids they did not eat much or me.

Negative: We did not like the breakfast Not much option, not fufilling

Summary: We love our stay everything was good. Even though we stayed at the condo im happy, clean n specious.
