Summary: Great location in the Marais, steps away from transports, but quiet. Spacious rooms with cosy balconies towards the court, stylish decoration and lighting. Could scale up on service and offering in bar & restaurant. Overall very satisfied, will come back.

Summary: Everything was lovely and the staff was very accommodating, especially arriving late at night. The property is beautiful and centrally located, loved the heated floors, towel warmer, their line scents & just overall attention to detail.

Summary: What made this stay so memorable were the staff who were all superb. By far the best I have ever come across in a hotel. Our room was lovely. The continental breakfast was different each day and were delicious. Certainly no need for lunch after them either. Dark decor throughout which felt strange initially but suited the ambience of the hotel. Feel lucky to have picked this hotel from those suggested.

Summary: The hotel is in a great area and clean. I just wouldn't rate it 5 stars as we dind't get our room cleaned every day, which was not ideal. We also didn't get the warmest welcome from the front desk and no one offered to carry our bags from the taxi or open the door each time we left and came back, which you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The hotel has an intense scent of their cologne and the hallways are extremely dark. The beds were comfortable and when we needed something, they were helpful. This is a 4 star hotel from our experience.
