Summary: Charming and spacious Country French style apt in a great location. Close to subway and shopping, bars and restaurants. I'm an an 80 year old man and there are stairs (no lift) but they were not an issue - except on luggage days. I will stay there again.

Summary: I was very happy at this apartment and would stay again. At my request (and payment) they arranged a cleaning for me mid month, which was very welcome. The location is terrific.

Summary: The apartment is wonderful. It feels like someone's home, with tasteful decor, beautiful linens, etc. Super clean. The proprietor was very helpful, overall I had a wonderful stay. I could not recommend this place more highly.

Summary: We had a great time in Paris. The apartment was ideally located, only minutes from the Metro and Pompidou Centre. A very authentic accommodation, safe and secure, with a very attractive back courtyard. The apartment was plenty big enough for our family of five. There was a train strike on the evening of our arrival, so we unfortunately arrived later than planned, but the host kindly left very comprehensive instructions for our arrival. We would recommend this apartment.

Summary: This apartment is just in the perfect location!, you can access to public transportation, tourist attractions, restaurants and grocery stores very easily. It is located in a 3rd. Floor and the building has very narrow stairs, so keep that in mind if you are traveling with many or big bags. Also we expected a sofa bed to fit for two people (as the web description showed) but the sofa bed was broken and didn't work even for 1 person.

Summary: The flat is really central - easy walking distance to the river and thus the main tourist sites. The apartment is well equipped so you can prepare food there if you want.

Summary: We enjoyed the apartment. It is very convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping. We didn’t use the bus or metro but had no problem getting taxis, Uber and bikes/scooters. It sits a block in-between streets that run in different directions so we would head one way or another depending which way we needed a taxi. We had a family of four and our two teenagers slept on the futon and couch which worked well. The kitchen is very small but has everything you would need. We just used it to make coffee and boil some eggs and store refrigerated items. The bathroom was ample for us and the shower was full size which was nice considering how most showers in Europe are tiny. The WiFi worked fine which was good. Overall happy with our choice for six nights.
