Positive: The staff were warm, welcoming and super friendly! Nothing is too much trouble and we were very well catered for. The pool was brilliant - just what you need in the heat of the African summer. Beautifully presented resort, always very clean and tidy. Lovely food too! We especially loved the Tagine and chicken curry, not to mention the orange, honey & almond crepes!! Highly recommend this accommodation. Taxies can be organised through the resort, as it is a bit of a distance from the city centre. We personally liked staying somewhere quiet as a young family, where we could enjoy the resort from late afternoon when it’s too hot to be out and about. We started our days early and still got so much out of our time in Marrakech.

Positive: I really enjoyed the pool area and staff. Super friendly and helpful staff. It’s very quiet and great for a relaxed getaway. Nice facilities, we could play ping pong and football.
Negative: I didn’t like the fact that there was no WIFi connection in the rooms. Only around the pool area and the reception I could get access to the WiFI. The room was ok, I thought it was a bit too expensive for what it was. Specially because of the noise of the aircon the whole night, difficult to sleep with that noise. Too many cats, they don’t let you have yours meals in peace. Always disturbing. Breakfast was ok, a lot of Bees around though.
