Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The staff was great and helpful. Everything was clean, really good restaurant and they had skiing logistics well handled. it was easy to get myself and equipment from the hotel to the lifts

Summary: staff was very rude and wasnt helpful at all. my room key didnt work for 3 times in a day and each time they asked me to go to the reception where you have to walk outside to get there.. in general staff at the reception were rude
