Summary: Emplacement plus qu' idyllique, nous reviendrons! Appartement plus grand que ce que nous avions anticipé. Magnifique vue sur la mer avec accès direct plage. Deuxieme etage (sans ascenseur, à prendre en compte si bébé et poussette, ce qui n'etait pas notre cas). Cuisine et SDB un peu viellottes mais tout à fait convenables, l emplacement et la vue prennent clairement le dessus. Boitier wifi à louer.

Starke Geruchsbelästigung aufgrund neuem Raum- bzw Türanstrich☹️ Bidet nicht benützbar Keine bzw sehr eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung Unnötig grosser und umfangreicher Schlüsselbund (4 notwendige Schlüssel - Bund aber mit 12 Schlüsseln ausgehändigt)

Summary: Alles in allem ist die Ferienwohnung prima gelegen (Ausblick & Strand) und sehr gemütlich (auch wenn die Möbel etwas älter sind). Supermarkt, Restaurants, Innenstadt, Bushaltestelle alles in Reichweite. Einige Mängel sind uns trotzdem aufgefallen: * Geschirrtücher, Schwamm, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier fehlten als wir ankamen. Als Zugreisender hatte ich mich auf die Basics einer FeWo verlassen * zwei Platten des Herds sind unbenutzbar

Summary: le +, beau volume, déco à revoir de A à Z, pourtant avec peu de moyen, cet appart se louerai mieux. laissez moi une semaine je le mets au gout du jour et je suis sérieux (même en hiver pour peu de frais. Confier un mandant sans faire un minimum d’investissement vue la concurrence est une grosse erreur
