The house sits on the top of the Genesee Valley overlooking some of the most beautiful scenes in the county. From the apartment windows you can see Letchworth state park and the mount Morris dam! Summary: We stayed for a long Easter weekend visiting our daughter at SUNY Geneseo. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and in a great location with beautiful views. We befriended an adorable cat or should I say she befriended us including our elderly dog. A great place to stay when in the area.

Summary: This home was definitely a favorite for our family. We love places that have history. And all the details they kept when remodeling is definitely appreciated. The house was easy to find, we didn't have any issues checking in and property management was easy to get ahold of with and questions we had. For the most part it was clean. However the fridge and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. There was pieces of stuff in the fridge drawers and the freezer. I would add in some more pans for people to utilize when there as well. I ended up havening to go out and buy a sauce pan to make spaghetti. And some new dish sponges because the one that was available had already been used previously. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Bedrooms were clean and tidy, there were extra towels and the living room was cozy with the little fireplace. Thank you again for the accommodations. We will definitely look into this place again if we are ever in the area.

Summary: Needed a place to stay near Letchworth State Park for a family reunion and this was perfect. It was in close enough proximity, reasonably priced and comfortable. The host is wonderful and if you needed anything he was responsive quickly. The place was clean and comfortable.

Summary: Located on a beautiful peaceful property. The unit itself is historic, quaint and comfortable. Everything was as expected. The host Jacob was very attentive, accommodating, kind and helpful. He informed us of local events happening during our stay and even invited us to join their family celebration. Would stay again. (Note: The steepness of the spiral stairs up/down was mentioned in a previous review - we managed just fine.)
