Furnished 2 bedroom with cooks kitchen, quartz counter tops, large outdoor natural gas grill, upgraded appliances including laundry, heated bathroom floor, good private deeded parking, next to Long Point Park, all level ground, high efficiency radiant heat, tight spray foam insulation, large covered deck, well maintained quiet area at end of a no outlet street, available short or long term now to end of May 2018, and for weekly stays summer of 2018. Please email Phil or call. Can be seen by appointment and negotiable for longer terms stays. Good for privacy. No smoking and no pets. Paddle board and kayak included.

Summary: Phil: The Waterfront cottage on Conesus lake is spectacular ... all brand new, perfectly decorated, (even had photos of life on Conesus lake from the early 1900s through the 1960's). The cottage was clean, well stocked and right on the lake.. a beautiful view. I will be returning next year!! Thank you so much Phil!!!

Summary: Book this place…trust me! My girlfriend and I stayed at this lake front house for a long weekend and it was absolutely fantastic. The inside of the house is quaint and comfortable with everything you could need. The outside has a great deck setup, as well as both a table and fireplace closer to the water. The property was very quiet, the only noise we heard was from the water, boats driving by, or the fireplace crackling at night. We ran into the neighbors a couple of times and

Summary: We really enjoyed staying here for a Fall weekend get away. It was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. The view of Conesus Lake was gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This place is wonderful! Just steps from the lake. It has a lovely porch for relaxing and looking at the lake. The house is small, but has everything you need. It is nicely decorated. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. We were very fortunate to enjoy warm weather for most of the week… even in October. It has a nice park just next door. And there is plenty to do in the area. Highly recommend!!
