Sleeps 4 (1 double bed, 1 convertible couch in the living room. I also have a small mattress in the office room). Pets and/or young children are not allowed - sorry about that.
Overlooking a leafy square, it's a comfortable and quiet place 10 min on foot from Madrid Rio park. City centre is 15-20 min by metro/bus, or a 40 min walk away. Both metro and bus are frequent and available at a 5-7 min walk from the building.
All mod cons, good broadband, and great balcony. Shops and amenities available in the neighbourhood.
Important: for security reasons, I request a scanned copy of all the guests IDs (watermarked is fine - you'll receive a copy of my ID too). Also, please note that a damage deposit will be charged if anything major is broken, furniture is removed or relocated, or personal property is tampered with (e.g going over unassigned drawers).
