3 Bedroom Cabin in Ossipee, Merrifield

Private wooded lot with level elevation from the house to the beach. Complete with a dock, kayaks, large fire pit and swing set to enjoy all of the outdoor activities. Mission Park is located within 2 miles that has tennis courts, basketball court, softball field, biking/walking path, and a playground for the kids all within the up north pine trees. Also close to the property is four-wheeling and snowmobiling trails.
As you walk into the home there is a main floor Master Bedroom with french doors to view the lake. The main floor also has a Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen with walk in pantry, and a bathroom. The upstairs includes another Master Suite with a Jacuzzi tub and private bathroom with double sink and shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a bunk room attached that sleeps four. Also up stairs there is a loft area and a laundry room.

Summary: Our family had a great experience at Janett’s property! It was exactly as listed and had everything we needed. Both the house itself and the outside area provided plenty of space for entertainment and relaxation. We all left agreeing we would love to return and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice weekend away up north.

Summary: Beautiful home, great little beach, quiet area. It fit our family needs perfectly. Should be noted that guest home that owners live in is actually connected to vacation home. I don't think we were aware of that going in, however, it was never an issue. The owners were very respectful of our space and were very nice people. Would stay here again for sure!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Janett and Brian’s house. It was well stocked and had every cooking utensil possible. The view was tremendous and. We sat outside at the fire pit for two hours. It was too cold to take the kayaks out but no matter. Just being on the water was wonderful. If we are up there again, would happily return.

Summary: This was our second stay at this property and it was perfect. The house was immaculate and well appointed. It was decorated on the inside and outside with pumpkins, scarecrows and orange lights which added to the cozy feel of the house. The location is great, quiet and surrounded by woods, but still convenient to Cross Lake. We brought adult children, a three year old and 2 month old, and there were plenty of spaces to spread out and provide privacy. The fireplace in the living room kept us toasty on the cool autumn evenings. We will definitely return for a getaway next year. Thanks Janett❤️

Summary: It was a dream stay. The property was everything we had hoped for and more. We celebrated our granddaughter's birthday and had such a great time doing so. Being able to enjoy the water during the day and relax by the firepit at night listening to the loons was such a welcomed getaway, we're looking at coming back next year.
