This secluded 5 acre paradise is privately situated at the end of the road in a quiet peaceful country style neighbourhood, yet a short walk through Mission Creek Regional Park takes you to one of Kelowna's major shopping centres. From your doorstep you can walk to shops or cycle down the Mission Creek Greenway past golf courses, through horse country, and eventually to Lakeshore road. The nearest golf or winery is within 3 klm all other amenities within 10 klm.

Summary: We had our family stay here for a long weekend - three siblings + spouses + 2 kids - and we couldn't stop commenting on how wonderful the house and property was for us. The house was surprisingly well stocked for a rental property, the pool table and tennis courts were amazing for the family to spend time together, and Tim and Lynne were so helpful in showing us around.

Summary: After 2 1/2 years of COVID-19, our immediate family were able to get together in person. We were lucky enought to get a beautiful hot weekend to enjoy the pool. The property is as beautiful as the pictures displayed. There was more than enough room for the 8 of us. The owners were more than hospitable and very approachable. We would definitely come back if we get the chance again.

Summary: We were a group of 8. This was the perfect house for us. The kitchen was well appointed, and we ended up cooking most of our meals. There was a lot of areas where we could meet as a group, or break apart for some quiet time. The pool table and hot tub both got well used. Our friendly hosts were around for help, but left us to ourselves. A very enjoyable stay, thanks!

Summary: We had a great time at the Quails Inn. We were two families with teenagers and everybody had a great time. The kids enjoyed the bike trails, tennis courts and most of all the pool. Great amenities, no need to leave. Kitchen was nicely stocked with pots/pans, dishes and even some spices. Lynne lives on the property and responded right away when we needed anything. I strongly recommend this property.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had anything and everything that we needed and were available available anytime by call or text. The property is clean, well maintained and has several amenities that add to a vacation including the pool, hot tub, games, billiards and a tennis court. The location is peaceful yet only a short walk through the woods to the Kelowna Farmers Market. I highly recommend this property for larger family vacations and group stays.

Summary: We needed a place for a work team to call home while on a business project in Kelowna. Quails Inn worked out well for us. With plenty of relaxing areas to unwind after a long day. Clean comfortable bedrooms & bath, all equipped with hotel sheets, towels and soaps. Enough on-site parking for everyone. We would certainly recommend this property as a suitable corporate or business team retreat.

Summary: Perfect relaxing vacation home for families! Mornings and evenings have the front and side yards filled with lots of songbirds. The side patio is great for morning coffee or lunch to hear the sounds of nature all around. We enjoyed the views of the morning sun on the horse pasture and the 2 friendly horses that always come to the fence to greet you. We enjoyed the large pool that was heated and even the kids enjoyed nice big hot tub next to the pool deck. We used the large gas grill at the pool area for a few meals and everything here is in great working order with all the cooking tools you need to home cook or grill every day if you wanted to. The property is nestled next to a state park for hiking with marked trails that lead to the river and a short walk to the local farmers market. Down the road you can walk to fish and have the kids visit the natural turtle pond. The home is spacious and has plenty of bedroom and bathroom space, open kitchen, large living and dining areas. In just a short dirve you are close to town for dinners out or shopping. Just a 5 minute drive up the mountains there are many orchards, vineyards and wineries, a few farmers stands, golf courses and more great views of the Okanagan Valley. All the wineries here have tasting rooms and many are artsy and quirky and each of them have unique stories. Very affordable wine tastings in Kelowna. The neighborhood is so safe and the home lies at the end of the winding road that literally dead ends into the state park. We never felt like we had to lock our doors, and the owners live on property so were available for questions and gave us great suggestions of places to visit and fun family outings. Very nice people! We would definitely stay here again as peaceful of a place this is. Being so close to 2 other state parks for hiking was a plus for a few of us hiking lovers. You really feel at home here!! Kelowna is a lovely town with so much to offer.
