Positive: Actually the location is good near the citycentre If you go by car, it is very easy to park on the street Supermarkets and restaurants near the apartment
Negative: I'm sorry to write this review, as I truly dislike leaving negative feedback, but in this case it’s hard to ignore. The apartment was a disappointment for me and my family. Firstly, there is practically no wardrobe space to store your clothes if you're a group of four. The apartment is on two levels, and the basement level—where the sofa and washing machine are located—has a strong damp smell. Besides being unpleasant, it can be a real issue for people with asthma like myself, as it may cause respiratory problems. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly cleaned; dust was visible in several areas. The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, but the utensils are very old—both the coffee maker and the kettle, for example, are close to rusting, with clear signs of heavy wear, giving the impression that they should be replaced. In summary, this is a place to simply sleep in, but unfortunately, not feeling comfortable where you're staying can affect your entire trip. I do want to highlight that the host was very responsive to all my concerns and promptly sent the cleaning staff again the next day, which made a noticeable improvement. I truly appreciate his willingness to address the issues. While it's not expensive compared to other options in Milan, I still believe that for the price charged, things like the kitchen equipment and the damp smell in the main room should be in better condition.

Positive: We had a great stay at the loft in Milan. Andrea was very kind and always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made everything easy and smooth. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything you might need to feel at home and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to always find free parking nearby something that’s usually quite rare in Milan! The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and overall we had a really good experience. I’d definitely stay here again next time I visit Milan.

Positive: The host was very helpful and responsive and even let us check out later. The location is good, around 40 minutes to the center. There are many restaurants nearby, the bus stop is 5 minutes away on foot. However, the metro stop is 20 minutes away on foot. The apartment is spacious and I think the price is reasonable.
Negative: The heating was working but it was still pretty cold. If you’re sleeping on the couch in the living room, you will hear noises from the street. Despite the fact that after quiet hours we were just talking in the living room, the neighbor kept shouting at us so you must be mindful of that. Just a suggestion: for bigger groups you could leave more toiletries and prepare all beds and couches. We only had two sets of sheets which wasn’t an issue but since there are two couches and a bed, I think it would be good to prepare all of them if there are more than two guests.

Positive: we really appriciate the host of the flat. he was welcoming, and super nice even do i had a lot of questions he gave a lot of answers in short terms. Also the way to the duomo wasnt a big deal since the busstation is infront of the door. navigli is close by. It was all clean.
Negative: wandrobe for the clothes could be better.
