Positive: The room was clean, well decorated. Shower was generous water flow, newly remodeled and spacious. Bed was comfortable and quiet surroundings. Host was personable, interesting and available.

Negative: Everything was great. Not too far away from our stay, homes appeared run down as we drove to the location. However, the home is in a beautiful neighborhood with Lake across the street and nearby park. Homes where we stayed were well kept and lovely neighborhood.

Positive: The room was super clean and cozy, the personal A/C unit for the room worked great, and the personal bathroom was awesome! Best shower head ever lol. The entire stay really was so comfortable. The host, Pete, is a great guy. He’s very welcoming and respectful, and he keeps a calm, peaceful vibe in his home. Would absolutely stay here again.

Positive: Before we even got to the house, we couldn’t help but notice how quiet and charming the neighborhood is even being so close to several restaurants and means of entertainment. The house was very clean and the host even provided extra items in case we forgot our own. The bed was very comfortable and we got a great night’s sleep! We really loved the separate entrance and large bathroom with plenty of space for two.

Negative: We can’t think of a single thing we didn’t like, except for the fact that we had only booked one night and wish we had stayed for more.
