Positive: I thought everything was wonderful! She had snacks, and there was wine with two glasses on the table. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this place to stay.
Negative: Not that I didn't like it. The TV on the wall. I got it on but couldn't get it to work. So we watched the TV in the other bedroom. We were out most of the time. I think it's a great place to stay and I would book it again.

Positive: The apartment was a good size for a small family, very easy to get into, and in a safe, quiet area. It was walking distance to a bus stop or an easy drive from all Boulder activities. The host left very nice snacks and drinks and lots of information about things to do in the area. Having the use of a private, backyard area was a plus. I also really appreciated how easy check-out was, with the only requirements being to leave the keys. Excellent stay!
Negative: The air-conditioning window units worked well but were a bit loud, if you're not used to them. Not a big deal, though!
Summary: Nice, quiet stay. Perfect for a family

Positive: Our hostess provided a wonderful environment. She was very generous with necessities and snacks. A welcoming bottle of wine was wonderful surprise!
Negative: It did lack a living/ family room. But the rest of the rooms made it an enjoyable stay.

Positive: This home is in the cutest neighborhood and is so comfortable and welcoming. It was filled with excellent amenities (snacks, nice shampoo, access to washing/drying) and the host was super communicative and friendly!
Negative: The house doesn’t really have much of a living room/common area, but that didn’t matter to us!
Summary: Excellent stay in Boulder. Great communication from host and adorable/comfortable home. We loved it!
