Lil' Granny's lake house is located in the oldest subdivision on constant level Lake LBJ. Relax under large oaks or in the large screened in porch. If you like to fish two private docks are just one block away. Located on Chevy Cove, known by locals as one of the best fishing spots on Lake LBJ. I even keep the fish fed to help your luck.
The house has 2 queen sized beds, WIFI, satellite TV, DVR and Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen with both drip and pod coffee makers, dishwasher, W/D, blow up mattress for kids, gas grill, fire pit, and a 14X24 screened in porch

You are 10 minutes from 2 golf courses, 15 minutes from 2 state parks, 28 minutes from Llano and the famous Coopers BBQ, 35 minutes from Johnson City. You are just 45 minutes from Enchanted Rock State Natural Area a sacred site of native Americans, You are one hour from Fredericksburg where you can find unique shopping along with wine tasting in the area now known as the "Napa Valley" of the Texas hill country. Just down the road from Fredericksburg is Luckenbach, made famous in the song sung by Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings. Summary: Upon arrival communication was excellent! The cabin was actually nicer than pics showed!! Will & Deb made the most pleasant vacay getaway!! There was not one thing that could have been added to make our stay complete. We made new friends & we as group of longtime friends will NEVER forget this outing!! OLD SCHOOLERS! We ❤️ yall!! Summary: We absolutely love this place. House was spotless and had everything we need. We fished for 3 days and loved that we could walk down to the lake. Kids had a blast swimming and fishing. We will definitely be staying here again.

Summary: The perfect, simple, family vacation. Comfortable house and beautiful scenery. It’s exactly what we needed for our family get-away. Caught some fish, saw some shooting stars from the gorgeous deck, and enjoyed the kayaks too. Can’t wait until next year!

Summary: This place is a great place-it has all of the modern comforts (Especially great water pressure and comfy bedding and mattresses)…but it takes you back to a place that was the Hill country, before it became so well-known and crowded. Gorgeous oaks overhang the road, quiet street full of rolling green lawns down to the cove. Super experience and would stay again!

Summary: This was the best experience yet. Owner friendly and answered any questions we had. Neighborhood nice and quiet with screened in porch totally made stress of city life vanish away. You could not ask for a nicer cleaner rental. We will be back!!

Summary: My husband and myself visited from Georgia. On our way to Lil Granny's house I picked my grandbabies up on the way because they got to stay with us while there. It was perfect for them. They played on the big screen in porch, we had smores in the backyard. They were never bored. All the neighbors were very friendly. Will Gilliam the owner of the house was so friendly and willing to help with anything that we needed. I was sad to leave and I will definitely come back on my next vacation.
