Negative: There was only 1 oldish beach chair. I called and asked where were they chairs, we are at the ocean/ beach. I finally after a length of time am told go buy some and we will repay you! I find that rude. Not happy that the washer and dryer were in the bedroom! Won’t stay here again. Oh and parking not the best. But, pulling onto the busy highway you have the neighbors stairs blocking your view and traffic can be horrible. Won’t recommend this place to my friends or family.

Positive: It was the perfect size accommodations for my daughter and I
Negative: the outside trash barrel was completely full when we arrived on Monday. I didn’t look until Tuesday afternoon when taking a small bag of trash out. I would have put the barrel out to be picked up by the garbage truck that morning but didn’t think it was necessary since we had just arrived the day before. Next time I will check on arrival.

Positive: Lil’ Cottage Retreat was immaculate and so bright and cheery . it was so well stocked with everything from toiletries to beach towels . I will miss having my coffee in the sunroom while listening and watching the ocean.
