Positive: Location was ideal, short walk to town and beach. The cottage was clean and had all of the amenities one would need! The small deck and firepit were very nice to have coffee in the morning and roast marshmallows in the evening!
Negative: No complaints here :)

Negative: Furnace did not work, and is need of replacement. Maintenance staff were very attentive and provided space heaters. The location is primarily a summer rental, but the owner should invest in an updated heating system.

Positive: Perfect spot. Short walk to Short Sands and the village. Perfect for my dog. Partially fenced in yard.
Negative: Communications through vacasa. I extended my stay and called to make sure no one would come to clean and they came to clean. Staff that showed up was very pleasant.

Positive: Super cute cottage that was dog friendly. What's not to like? Quick walk to short sands and the village. Great yard for the dog.
Negative: Please update the coffee maker! And the microwaves replacement plate is obnoxious.
