Summary: There were some very nice and special aspects and some that really need tending to. The dining room table and tableware in cabinet were lovely while in the kitchen there were only two small coffee mugs. The description said breakfast was provided. It wasn't.The cleaning supplies were not eco-friendly. The bathrooms were beautiful and the upstairs bidet was great! There was no door on the upstairs bathroom.The bedrooms had no bedside tables or lamps so to turn off the lights, one had to get out of bed and turn off the ceiling light.We never did figure out the TV even though we are techies.The description of the house stated that we had the whole house. They recently added a poorly soundproofed basement apartment and we could hear all conversations. Also, the way the basement apartment's parking space was located, we could not see both ways when exiting on to the busy road.

Summary: The home was comfortable and was located in a great location. Owner described property accurately. Our only concern was there were guests in the garden apartment and their child was very loud. We had a hard time falling asleep at night. In the upstairs bedroom you can’t hear the garden apartment but you can in downstairs bedroom.

Summary: This stay was exactly what we were looking for on our work trip to the area. Excellent parking, easy check in and accurate description of property. Can’t be the price to amenities.

Summary: Location was great; busy street. Comfortable beds; wonderful master bath and laundry room. There is an apartment underneath which we didn’t realize, but there was minimal noise, so it was okay. Overall, very good! We would stay again.

Summary: The property is as described so I give this stay a 5/5! It was a great location, easy to get to Clifton Park/Saratoga with lots of restaurants and stores very nearby. The fenced in yard was great for the dog and a main reason we wanted this spot. A light for the deck would be a great addition. The rooms do get hot so keeping the ac on in August was needed. Took about an hour to cool off when we got in. I had to work while I was there and had no issues with zoom calls on the WiFi.

Summary: I rented this place because of the location and especially because it was advertised have a hot tub and a communal pool. I was severely disappointed to not have the hot tub as that was the one amenity I really wanted..when I asked the owner , she blamed it on VRBO. The temperature of the house was extremely hot. There was a small air conditioner in the bedroom window but it just couldn't keep up. If I had known all of this , I would've chosen another location or a hotel. I believe I should receive a refund of at least part of the fee. Also, when I tried to put my clothes into the drawer on the bedroom, I found a baggie with marijuana and a pipe to smoke it as well as some unknown pills! Not cool!! I was very offended. I also took a photo of the items in the drawer
