Positive: Location in town - close to all amenities and ease of travel to the airport. Excellent size of apartment with very comfortable bed and great bathroom.

Negative: Some minor repairs needed to wonky kitchen table and kitchen unit. Hallways were dirty and had looked as if building materials had been spilt on the floor and not cleaned up.

Positive: Spacious studio with everything you need for a very reasonable price

Negative: We booked a price including a bed for our 8 year old, but they forgot to make the sofa bed and there was no bed linen available on site. Because this is a property without staff, they could not help us in getting the linen for the night. They gave us a discount of 50% on the room rate, so I could find an alternative accommodation for 1 person. Maybe also good to mention that you need cash money for the parking that they advise.
