Positive: The apartment was nice, spacious, and extremely clean. Brand new. The photos showed a terrace, however, our apartment for 4 people did not have one. Quite disappointing. We booked a luggage locker on the day of check-out. That part was very easy and worked great through their website, and I thought, “Wow, this works perfectly.” However, perfection obviously doesn’t exist – the entry code didn’t work on the locker room door. We called support, it was Sunday, and someone actually answered. But unfortunately, he couldn’t help us or solve the issue. So we lost half an hour of our valuable time trying to get in and talking to support. In the end, we couldn’t use that service at all. Big minus. I don’t like it when something they offer doesn’t work.

Negative: The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen – everything is there. However, there is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash your dishes by hand. Definitely a waste of time.
