Positive: The location is excellent, steps from the train station, Coors Field, restaurants.
Negative: The mattresses are old and lumpy, the pull-out sofa bed was super lumpy, it’s so worn. Water pressure of shower was weak.
Summary: It was a good stay for the convenience of the location. The property could use an upgrade.

Positive: Friendly staff, free bike rental, outdoor patio area, gym, Ajax restaurant $30 credit, comfy bed. It was our wedding anniversary and the staff brought us a bottle of Prosecco and some macaroons, very nice touch!
Negative: The interface between Booking.com and the hotel. At first they wanted us to pay for our room, even though we already paid through Booking. Then at checkout they were going to charge the $30 per day amenity fee, but again we got that free through Booking.com. They were friendly, however, and worked out both issues.
Summary: Best hotel in Denver! We highly recommend!

Negative: My room was not cleaned one day because I was out for about an hour and had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. I returned before 11:00 a.m. and removed the sign. My room had not been cleaned when I returned hours later. I had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels.

Negative: The only negative was trying to get valet parking to check in upon arrival. It was lined up out to the street.
