Positive: The location is good with plenty of parking space around. Rooms are fine, very basic, but perfect for the price. Nice wee kitchen to prepare your own stuff, which was great. Friendly host on arrival and when leaving.
Negative: The bathroom could be cleaned in a much better way and pls... change the WC brush! One of the ladies asked one of our relatives "why are you using AC_? Seriously? Also the same person came to our room, knocking (bothering) because the AC was on as she thought we were away. Really annoying situation, if we pay for a service, then we use it when we need it. In general was a good place to stay, but because of these issues, reflects on our review.
Summary: Good place to stay, but needs some improvements.

Positive: The attitude of the apartment owners to you as a guest. Honestly, I have rarely seen this anywhere, thank you very much. Excellent location, in the shade of greenery, cool river and 5 minutes of leisurely walking to the beach, a small promenade and numerous taverns.
Negative: I have a time limit, to stay for a long time

Positive: Lina was proactive, in touch with me before arrival and gave clear instructions. Everything was ready when we arrived. She was accessible anytime to answer questions or if we needed something. There was no problem communicating with her in English. There is no request too big that she wouldn't try to fulfill if possible. The place is very basic, but it has everything one might need. The bed was comfortable and the bedsheets were immaculate. The room was clean and we had a lovely view from the balcony.
Negative: I wasn't totally happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom, the sink and the faucets. Personally, I am used to having paper towels, salt, oil, and a few more kitchen utensils in a studio apartment than what we had here, but we managed with what was provided and made our own food most days. Also, I missed the hair drier, toaster and microwave, but these might just be luxury items that I've gotten used to and wouldn't have made too much of a difference in the way we felt about the place.
Summary: All in all, it was a great choice to stay at Lina's, she's a wonderful hostess and I would go back.

Positive: Very scandinavian style - clean, a lot of free space and air, white beds and chairs and desk. Cleaning was every other day, the balcony was very nice, Lina was very friendly.

Positive: Close to some nice beach fronts & places to eat. Lina is very kind & amenable to helping where possible.
Negative: Air con incurs additional fees, air con is fairly weak and works on and off. Hair in bathroom upon arrival. Cleaning isn’t very regular. The area itself is far from popular areas but if you like touring around places it’s a nice area!
