Positive: Loved everything about this place....serene, quiet, tennis court was great to have a quick afternoon hit, pool looked good, didn't get in as it's August, and we're not that brave lol... Staff were friendly and helpful, this will be our spot to come back to whenever we are on the South Coast. Highly recommend - Mel and her team are top shelf!!!

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Lincoln Downs. It was close to Bateman's Bay centre, was beautifully maintained, the outlook to the lake was lovely, our bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts and dinner we had in the restaurant were very, very good. My husband accidentally left a pair of brand new trousers in our room and the staff were able to find them & have posted back to us. We really appreciated their help. Thank you.
Negative: Only little things but a bit inconvenient and for the most part, easily fixed. The reading lights over the bed didn't work & to turn off the light switch over the bed, we had to actually get out of bed. Also, we had to be very careful using the shower as the lip between the shower and the bathroom floor was tiny & it was very easy to flood the bathroom floor. Our basin seemed to be missing the plug.
Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again.

Positive: The rooms have recently been tastefully renovated with quality touches. Outside the building has the look as expected for the low price for what I guess was built in the 80s or 90s but walk in the door and you soon forget that. After a long day at work and on the road, the spa bath was amazing to say the least. The place was spotless. Definitely stay again when in town. And oh, finally a decent TV!! Was running late but they sent me a text explaining late check in procedure.
