Negative: The heaters in the rooms didn’t really work as they kept tripping the circuit

Positive: This property was beautifully clean, comfortable, well equipped, with a gorgeous view across the blue mountains.
Negative: There was a little road noise when we were outside, but it wasn’t a problem inside the house.

Positive: It felt luxurious. Was well stocked with basic condiments for cooking, was very clean. View was superb (when rain clouds went away).
Negative: First time we all missed the driveway - it came up very quickly after coming around a bend. And we couldn’t work out how to use dishwasher.

Positive: A magical view from the veranda. The comfort of the beds. The set up for bigger groups. The welcoming note and gift. The large outdoor area. The cleaniness of the place. The separate entertainment areas. The kitchen well equipped with modern appliances.
Negative: The entrance to the property is tricky and easy to miss. The noise level of the passing traffic made it uncomfortable to sit at the bbq area outside. The amount of emails about rules and regulations.

Positive: Very clean and spacious with newly refurbished bathrooms with lovely view of the mountains from the rear of the property. Kitchen very well equipped. Large dining room suitable for family dinners.
Negative: Unable to safely walk to other locations in the area as on highway and no footpaths. The property can accomodate several cars though.
