Summary: We chose Linden Row for its historic character and proximity to VCU. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was not an issue and the hotel is very charming and in a charming area. We will stay again.

Summary: We were in late and out early. Wi-fi wouldn’t hook up with my phone but it did on my wife’s phone. The power on the tv went on but no sound or picture (red light went on but that’s all) Because it was a quick in and out (mostly sleep and shower) no point in complaining. We have been to Linden Row many times in the past before COVID but we left with a sour impression this time

Summary: We loved everything about our stay from the room to the front desk staff. The best part of the stay, however, was the chief social officer and senior mouser Annabelle. Such a friendly and sociable lobby cat made the stay exceptional.

Summary: I stayed with my service animal and they charge me fee after checkout without letting me know. I feel discriminated when I arrived at check-in I advise and showed service animal credentials.
