Summary: Perfect location! Close to Central Train station and restaurants. We stayed here 9 days on Gate 1 trip.

Summary: Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The common area had a great vibe, which set a nice tone for the stay. However, our room had a noticeable damp smell, and despite informing the reception, no action was taken. This was disappointing, especially considering the standards expected from a Hyatt property.

Summary: We stayed on our wedding anniversary and the staff had put on the mirror a congratulations message which was really nice. The view isn't great from the balcony but it is a city after all. Room was big and the breakfast was one of the best Credit to Eoisa/Idea on reception, an excellent ambassador for the Hotel
