Positive: the original card to gain access to the parking lot did not work- so we entered with another guest and then had to walk through the alley and around the block with our luggage rather than being able to use the elevator to gain access to the elevator. The original female woking the reception desk who gave me the parking pass before access to my unit was available could have let me know that my family should wait rather than walk down the alley with all our stuff.
Negative: Curtains or blackout shades in the bedrooms are a must-the blinds do not work at keeping the sun out. I would rent again if there were curtains or blackout shades.
Summary: great location, kids loved playing pool and ping pong and bbqing on the rooftop.

Positive: Really nice apartment with full kitchen supplies if you wanted to used them.
Negative: Only downside was the noise of the trian. There were ear plugs provided for the noise.

Positive: The room was very spacious and clean for my family of 6. Great location and beautiful views to wake up too. My kids really enjoyed the swimming area. Definitely on our top when we stay in Chicago. They even left breakfast favorites my kids absolutely loved in the fridge. 10/10 did not disappoint

Positive: The accommodations were so comfortable, and it was a great place for a group of us to reunite after not being able to spend time together due to our busy schedules. The whole apartment was very spacious with everything you could ask for a wonderful stay. The staff was super and very receptive if anything was needed.
Negative: The trains were quite loud at night, even with the earplugs, but everything else made up for it.
Summary: We had an amazing time and will definitely book again when we need to!

Positive: The apartment was beautiful and very clean, well distributed, with all the necessary amenities that made it very comfortable. I loved the kitchen. Location was great.
Negative: There was a misunderstanding between booking and cloud9 because we had made a reservation for 7, and were missing a sofa bed for one. It took them 2 days, but finally they got us a rolling bed. There were 2 armchairs of poor quality that didn't resist someone sitting on them! They need to be replaced for something of good quality.
