Summary: The room was nice and spacious with a good bathroom which was clean. It would have been nice to have been provided with better vanity selection. No body lotion available. The bed was very hard and pillows were not the best and abit like puffs of air that turned to pancakes.

Summary: Property condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)

Summary: While the hotel itself is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff's unfriendly and unresponsive behavior significantly detracted from my overall experience. It's unfortunate, as the hotel's potential is undermined by its poor service.
