Positive: Great house close to Chester zoo. Driveway parking. Full kitchen, three bedrooms and bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Negative: A lamp in the living room would have been handy so you don't have to have the bright overhead light on. Some of the pans didn't work on the induction cooktop.

Positive: Location practically over the road from Chester zoo which was the purpose of our visit! Large rooms, comfy beds. Very homely. Four year old loved all the pictures of the animals everywhere and her bunk bed!
Negative: Strangely not enough plug sockets for the size of the house. Travelling over three hours with two kids everything needed charging at once but didn’t seem a lot for a large house.

Positive: Great location for the zoo. Very quiet street. Ample parking for 2 cars. Clean and tidy house and lots of room for our family of 5.
Negative: Hard to watch TV as a group of 5 as one sofa is too close the the TV. No lamp in living room - large light is very harsh. Missing a few essential in the kitchen.

Positive: We rated the night after a long road trip finishing up with a visit to Chester zoo. It was a 5 minute drive to the zoo so perfectly located for us. The property was lovely with everything you need to make your stay more pleasurable. Will was fantastic and provided us with loads of information for things to do whilst in Chester. Positive: Warm and comfortable accommodation in a good location for zoo and attractions north of Chester. Heating was always in so felt warm enough. Easy access via key safe
Negative: Cleanliness could do with elevating. Window frames and windows dirty. Stair carpet dirty. House smelt musty on entering. Shower difficult to get to stay at suitable temperature. Provision of foil or cling film would be very useful. No baking trays. We had two pizzas to cook and the trays in the oven were black and unappealing to use. Couldn't work out how to run dishwasher. A little more TLC and this place could be great.
