Positive: Great condition, well designed and very comfortable traditional stay. Clean white bedsheets, good air conditioning, nice art throughout and a beautiful courtyard with a calm fountain. Relaxing and charming The staff are what make this place. Yusuf is attentive and makes sure everything is taken care of, a charming man. Nazera runs with a big smile, had tea and coffee waiting for us on arrival and even has a hidden talent with her singing. Umer came to find us in the alleys before we got lost, he took us to a great dinner and gave us the best tips and maps for the city. Excellent staff ! Take care of them they are the jewels of this place

Negative: Two suggestions: add some signs in the alleys to help guests find the entrance, or send a map or short video before arrival. Guest keys to the main door would also be helpful for early mornings. Top rated for good reason

Positive: The staff are incredibly helpful. They walked me to the nearest ATM so I wouldn't have to be on my own in a new city. They also kept in touch with me via WhatsApp every day to make sure I was okay.

Negative: Google Maps directions are not 100% accurate. But, the staff always made sure we were safe and came to guide us back to the hotel.
