Positive: Location is really convenient as it's 15minutes drive or uber from the bus station. Being part of the park florestal de monsanto made it great being in the forest and nature.

Negative: Other than the beds that were good, the bungalow was poorly equipped. the kitchen had no kettle, no toaster, no cutting knife or bread knife and the stove was very old, and barely working. the living room had a wooden bench that had no cushion seater on it which made it hard to sit on.

Summary: Good location but rooms are old, weary and poorly equipped

Positive: Nice swimming pool area, great location of the site, very relaxing, really cool for kids to have fun and discover it on their own, bedsheets and towels were clean, helpful staff members

Negative: Our house was old and felt quite dirty, smelled like a mould, no hooks in the bathroom for towels, we checked in when was already dark and it was extremely difficult to find the correct house, numbers and signs should be more visible in the night

Negative: Unfortunately the pool and children’s park was closed which is one of the main reasons for booking this accommodation

Positive: Even though it is located close to the airport it was still very quiet. Small bungalow with a small bathroom but very clean and well equipped.

Negative: Better signage throughout the resort would have been helpful. It took us forever to figure out where our bungalow was situated. The living area was extremely small. Once the chairs from the dining table were pulled out there was very limited room to manoeuvre. No room to put your bags.

Summary: Good place to stay for a single night.
