It is very family-friendly, with thoughtful details like bed supports, creams, and lotions for kids, as well as many other amenities that made our stay perfect. Our property was spacious, with two bathrooms, and the parking spot was just a few steps away. The hotel also features a warm indoor swimming pool, a relaxing spa area with a sauna and Finnish bath. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive, making our experience even more enjoyable

Positive: The second time back to this place, great family hotel, amazing kids friendly programs, and facilites. Wonderful breakfast and dinner, afternoon cakes were fantastic! Staff is friendly and very helpful with kids.

Positive: very nice and helpful staff perfect use for children - especially lisi world rich breakfast events for children and accompanying programme plenty of parking spaces right next to the hotel the location is close to the ski areas and also offers great hiking opportunities (it is not in the centrum of the city which is rather an advantage for a stay with children) overall the stay was very pleasant and met expectations
Negative: the hot tub next to the pool remembers better times (however, it was functional) showering in the room was not very comfortable (sometimes the water was hot and sometimes cold, it was not possible to regulate it)
