Welcome to our quiet and charming 106m2 apartment with wooden terrace, surrounded by a stream.
It is centrally located, ideal for a varied holiday in the Kitzbühel Alps in Tyrol - all about hiking, cycling, skiing, cross-country skiing and enjoying. Children are just as welcome as pets. With its 3 bedrooms, it is ideal for families, sports groups or small groups.
In particular, the spacious living room with its couch in front of the wood stove offers space to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric stove, gas stove, dishwasher), so that self-catering can try out the local food. Overall, a spacious bedroom with bathroom is available, as well as two more individual bedrooms. Over a corridor is thus another bathroom and the living room to reach. A car parking space in front of the house can accommodate two cars. In less than 20 minutes you can also reach Kitzbühel by bus without a car.
From the house directly on the ski or cross-country skiing!
The ski bus stop is right on the doorstep. We are only one stop from the ski school Reith b. Kitzbühel and the free lift there! There you can also comfortably rent your winter equipment (skis, cross-country skis, sledges, snowshoes, ..) for the duration of your stay. For beginners and children, the free lift is an ideal place to get used to the skis, before going up to the beautiful ski paradise Kitzbühel. The Fleckalmbahn can be reached in 20 minutes by the same bus. No traffic jam, no parking search! Enjoy après-ski - the bus brings you safely home.
The cross-country ski trail can also be reached on foot in a few minutes and offers a variety of different sunny and quiet paths (eg. Direction Schwarzsee to Kitzbühel, or in the other direction to Kirchberg). We are happy to help!
In summer, for example, load. the golf course and the many idyllic bathing lakes to enjoy. Country club, restaurants, supermarket, doctor, etc. all close by. Reith is a small but fine place that offers everything a holidaymaker could wish for.

Summary: We stayed here for a few days with six adults. The apartment was large enough for all of us and having such a well equipped kitchen was brilliant - we cooked every evening!! The bedrooms were great, including one with an en-suite bathroom. The outside terrace was lovely in the morning and evening just to sit out and relax after a hard day of hillwalking. There are games in the cupboard to play as well! Parking was not a problem outside the house (we came in two cars) and all the various activities we came for were within easy reach. Dealing with Petra was easy, and she was very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment without hesitation!!!

Summary: We enjoyed very much our stay at house we rented in Reith Austria. We were there for a ski vacation, the ski bus and s right in front of the house, and supermarket is about 800 meters (on bus route). There is also a restaurant close by. The house was very clean and has most supplies we need. The only thing I would recommend is to have a better instruction as where the key lock box is located. It took us a while and a phone call to find out. Also I would appreciate if we knew ahead of time that there was no shampoo in the bathroom, so that we could bring our own. The host is very friendly and easy to communicate.

Summary: Perfection. Summer bliss. Everything you could need for a perfect summer holiday. Close to so many activities. Location amazing, property superb- only thing we needed to do was buy food. Communication superb, advice from owner re: local attractions second to none. Kitzbühel and surrounds super friendly and highly recommended for other Australians. Would go back tomorrow if possible - already saving. Hope we can return soon to see it all in winter. Thank you Petra for everything ❤️

Summary: Petra's home was absolutely perfect for our group of 5 traveling from the US for a weeklong ski trip. There is lots of space, generous bathrooms, an entry room perfect for wet clothes and ski gear, a wood stove, a large kitchen table and dining table for food prep and eating, all the kitchen items you need to make meals and a bus stop right outside the door! (Though the bus stops right in front, you don't hear anything from inside the house.) The bakery, restaurants and a great little market are all within easy walking distance with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Both the ski bus to the gondola in Kirchberg and the postbus to Kitzbuhel got us around conveniently and easily - it was ideal not to have to rent a car. It was really relaxing to be away from the crowds in Kitzbuhel and have a quieter experience in a small town after a long day of skiing. We went out to dinner once - at Anna's - but opted to stay in most nights after exploring the huts on the mountain for apres ski. If that's your vibe, I'd highly recommend Petra's home. We also had the chance to meet Petra before we left and she is as charming as she was in her emails leading up to our arrival. Thanks, Petra.
