Positive: A lovely location for a relaxing holiday. Garden has full sun and the pool is lovely. Stelios and his family are very attentive and generous, and every detail has been thought through.
Negative: It would have been nice to have a dining table and chairs outside, but a tiny issue for us.

Negative: There is a luxury elevator instead of stairs. This was for me the only not perfect thing in the villa.

Positive: efi and stallios are lovely hosts, the villa was equipped beyond measure, very modern with many gadgets, an excellent pool, a large and comfortable yard, an excellent location for going on trips to the center and east of the island, suitable for four guests, I recommend staying there of course with a rental car. There is privacy very close to the beach promenade, to the center town, a bakery. there are tennis and football courts right next to it ( do not belong to the complex) For the information, you can bring rackets if you are interested.
Negative: thank you efi and stalios, every morning we found a different surprise on our entrance door.....

Positive: We had a great stay at Lithos Luxury Resort. The innkeeper was very hospitable. The house, the kitchen, garden, pool and the bathrooms were perfectly equipped. At checkin the refrigerator was filled with many Cretan specialties. The resort is very modern and comfortable. We can highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back next year.
