Summary: Well located hotel, near Grand Central. Micro room with no floor space around 3 sides of the bed — so a bit difficult to get out of the bed. Clean. Friendly staff.

Summary: Does the job for an overnight stay in the city. Rooms are tight but is the idea of a minimalist "only what you need" setup. Didn't need anymore than what they already had. Simple process for after front desk hours checkin.

Summary: I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident during my recent stay. On the morning of [insert date], I woke up with visible red marks on my right arm, which I promptly showed to the front office. Unfortunately, no apology was offered, though pictures of my arm were taken. Later, I spoke with the manager on duty. While he mentioned that an expert on bed bugs would be contacted, the tone left me uncertain whether this was a genuine follow-up or a veiled way of dismissing the issue. Regardless, the lack of empathy, acknowledgment, or ownership was disappointing. An apology or offer of a refund would have been appropriate given the circumstances. That said, I would like to thank the staff for assisting with bringing my luggage down at 12 p.m.—that help was sincerely appreciated. I hope your team takes this matter seriously. Incidents like this can not only cause discomfort but also reflect poorly on the level of customer care expected from your establishment.

Summary: Great stay! They also provide a lovely breakfast in the morning included in your stay (Almond croissants 😍) The rooms are absolutely tiny it literally is a bed to stay in so if you need space this isn’t the place for you. We also never had our room cleaned once during our 3 night stay. Some feedback for the hotel would be to provide proper bins in the room there was the tinest bin for the toliet which doesn’t allow room for general rubbish.

Summary: Check in was quick and easy. Inviting and helpful front desk staff. My room was clean, cozy and exactly what I expected. Really the only negative about staying here was being able to hear everything that my neighbor said in their room. That and doors opening and shutting the hallway. Very distracting. Luckily I had noise cancelling headphones that helped quite a bit. Besides that I really enjoyed the place.

Summary: Anthony was great. Great location with good restaurant options around. Bed was very comfortable. The roof pods were pretty cool. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Everything was exactly as advertised. Room was definitely small but extremely well laid out and organized so that not an inch of space was wasted, while still being comfortable and cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the towels were plush. I loved the shelf next to the bed with access to the blinds, an outlet and light switches. I liked that the hotel emailed me in advance with directions on how to operate everything in the room from the TV to temperature control; that makes a ton of sense and I wish other hotels would do the same since it feels like I waste a lot of time figuring out the TV, etc in hotel rooms. I do wish that LCH had someone on staff or at the front desk 24 hours. Although I used to live in NYC and am very comfortable there, not having anyone on site to deal with random questions felt a bit odd, even though I didn’t need any assistance this time. All in all it’s a low-frills yet clean and comfortable hotel and the price reflects that. I would stay here again because of the central location, comfortable rooms and reasonable price.
