Great Vermont country home within a short walk to town. Vergennes has lots of great restaurants, shops and a quaint little park to enjoy the outside in. Vergennes offers live music in some of our local pubs on the weekends. We are just a 15 min ride to Middlebury, 35 minute ride to Burlington, a short hour drive to some of the best ski resorts such as Killington, Mad River Glen, Stowe. We are also 10-12 minutes away form Basin Harbor Golf course.
We are within 15-20 minutes to some great Winery's and Breweries just as Wood Chuck Cider, Lincoln Peak, Otter Creek Brewery and Drop in Brewing.
Also with in 35-45 minutes to Shelburn Vineyard, Switchback Brewing, Magic Hat and many other great places to eat and drink at.
Perfect for leaf peppers, Golfers and skiers !!!
The house includes an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and livingroom all together. It has a propane fire place to enjoy on the cool nights in the livingroom. Upstairs Bedroom 1 has queen bed. Bedroom 2 has queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a full bed. Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds Bed 5 is on first floor has a full bed.
Our Home offers a large back yard with a patio and fire pit along with a grille for cooking dinner on. We also have a large front porch which is great for relaxing on after a long day.
We have board games, movies and books and board games.
No parties Allowed
Only the 8 guests are allowed on the property- no additional people are permitted at anytime
!! note we do have a ring doorbell camera-
we do not allow animals due to allergies please be very
respectful of this

Summary: My family has stayed here before when visiting Vergennes and we liked it so much I immediately thought of it when co-workers were coming to Vergennes to stay the week on a business trip. They all found it comfortable and welcoming and enjoyed the house very much. We would certainly stay here again!

Summary: Tamie was an excellent host, from sight seeing suggestion to dining experience.. Spotless home, with comfy beds. plenty of linens and even spices in the cupboards. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.. This is a true find in the VRBO category !!

Summary: We had the best stay at Tammie’s home. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was exactly what we were looking for for our weekend in Vermont. Tammie was great to communicate with and made us feel welcome in her home. Would absolutely stay again next time we are in the area.

Summary: This house was perfect for our weekend in Vergennes. Having a roomy and comfortable home to go to in between wedding events was just what we needed and it gave the 8 of us our own spaces to spread out. This home had everything we needed and more. Tammie was very responsive from booking to checking out. If we have a reason to go to the Burlington area again we will absolutely stay here again!

Summary: We invited our son and his wife and baby as well as some cousins to stay with us at this large home when we were in Vergennes for a wedding. The house was a perfect place for hanging out and we enjoyed having toys for the kids, ping pong for the adults and teens, and just the space to sit and relax with family. The house was wonderfully supplied. The one complaint I heard from my son and cousin was the non master double beds were too soft. In fact, one couple moved into the twin bedroom as a result. The front porch with the ceiling fan became a favorite place to sit on the hot days. We did have a problem during our stay and our hosts responded immediately. Vergennes is a great small town with nice restaurants and shops.
