Positive: The Condo is located in an excellent area. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean and the neighbors are very nice. The parking area was great . You don't have any trouble finding a space.
Negative: I can't really think of anything that I didn't like. Maybe that I had to leave!

Negative: Location is far from the beach Owner installed a door bell with camera that keeps monitoring when you enter and exit the apartment We had issues with heated water. We had more than 12 hours without heated water and had to stay in the apartment 2 times with their maintenance guys. No compensation granted by the owner
Summary: Good apartment but frustrated with heated water issues that jeopardize my vacation

Positive: The condo was by far our favorite we have stayed in and we go to Destin quite often. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Loved having the full size washer and dryer in the condo. Location was perfect for using back roads to navigate through Destin without having the traffic of 98.
Negative: This was not an issue for us, but the master bedroom bed is super low to the ground. Condo is on the second floor and there is not an elevator. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Positive: Location was fine Walmart was right around the corner >the apartment was really nice everything you need was there .
Negative: My husband and I are older and not able to climb stairs easily ,I was under the impression that there were only a few steps to the apartment ,but the unit was on the second floor and it was not easy to get up and down . And my husband is a sports nut ,He didn't get to watch any of his sports while we where there they had streaming tv .
Summary: very nice unit well make sure the next time there are no steps to climb .

Positive: I love how quiet and clean the property was. I love how we have access to the pool, and gym! I love how the beach was only 8mins away! The property manager always responded back in a quick time.
Negative: I loved everything.
