Summary: My wife and my 18 year old daughter had a nice stay and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the house. It is well stocked and a good value.

Summary: This is a cute small home that is close to everything you need. It has been refurbished inside and the owner did a nice job. The toilet is a tight fit, right up next to the washer/dryer. The back door was locked from the inside and out making it a bit of a fire exit hazard. It is the closest exit from the kids loft. The loft area is cute, but the listing photo does need to be updated. Communication with the owner was poor. I had an unexpected death of a close family member and had to check out early. I called and messaged to inform the owner. He responded days later. I continued to get messages days later asking me to take the trash to the road, etc.

Summary: Had to quarantine after a flight in from out of State. All deliveries found me easily and entertainment kept me occupied. It was close to everything.

Summary: Property was as described in photos, 1 bedroom 1 bath and the loft upstairs. Kitchen had all the necessities and property manager had great communication. This is a small property, but he was honest about it, we had a cozy stay and thought it was a great value.
