Positive: Beautifully presented, clean, well maintained and everything to make your stay comfortable . Great welcome book, explaining house rules on check-in/out, nearby good restaurants and places to visit. Situated close to where our friends have a caravan, so easy to visit them. Highly recommend
Negative: Due to unprecedented weather, and also with bedrooms set in eaves would have been handy to have a couple of portable fans.

Positive: It was very nice, good views, great location, clean, comfortable, it was decorated for holidays, they had left some Welsh cakes and mince pies to enjoy.
Negative: Standing in WC was a little hard if you are taller, had to duck to look in mirror a little, though shower is tall - I'm 6'4", though even someone who was 5'10" had a couple issues- we would probably still go back.. There weren't directions on the heat which also seemed to go off at night, or at least explanation on why. If you come from the north the driveway is hard to get into, so you may have to circle to come from the south. Also the gate entrance can be a tight fit for some vehicles- but it is a great secure area. The washer/dryer unit is small loads and while it can dry- it can take 3 or so hours which is rough when you get stuck out in a rain deluge- so be prepared.

Positive: We arrived to a very pretty and spotlessly clean holiday let that was both warm and welcoming. Two identical en-suite bedrooms avoided any squabbles with my sister over ‘who got the best room’ and the hosts Vic & Steve are worthy of special mention - a delightful young couple who are fabulous hosts and lovely kind people. Even their cleaner Jess earned praise for her helpfulness and kindness. Highly recommended!

Negative: Heating was pre-set and we couldn’t change the timings. Needed more logs for the fire or the option to buy some since the local shops don’t sell them. Beds were too small.
