Summary: Our host Danny is very quick to answer questions. The house does have a musky odor but we didnt go away to sit in a house. We ate dinner and then we sat on a roomy front porch for the evenings with some adult cocktails. The house worked for us 2 active adult couples in their late fiftys and early 60s.

Summary: The house was clean, however did have a small odor wouldn't couldn't figure out. Kinda of musky, like the house need air out. It was close to the falls, but the neighborhood was a tad sketchy. We seen lot of action and pretty busy side road. But overall I would re-rent the property again!

Summary: Danny our host was very quick to get back to us on all of our questions. Our 2 biggest issues were that the kitchen was not stocked with hardly any type of utensils or stove and oven supplies. We make all of our meals so that was disappointing. The secon was their was little bedding supplies...no top sheets or extra blankets. The floors were not mopped. That being said our host Danny was willing to get what we needed but we decided to end our stay a day early.
