There is plenty of space for the whole family in this newly updated 3 bed 2 bath home. The home features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sunrooms over looking the lake, an office space and sand bottom perfect for wading in.
The walkout lower level features a new and well stocked kitchen, dining table, living room with smart t.v. and a spacious sunroom to enjoy your morning coffee in.
The upper level contains 3 bedrooms a bathroom and another sunroom perfect for a relaxing afternoon reading a book or playing a game.
Outside enjoy the private and spacious lot with a great view over the lake. No stairs needed! A sloped path to the water leads to a private dock and beach/water area where you can enjoy the use of our pedal boat, paddleboards or kayaks. Bring your boat and tie up to the dock to take advantage of the great fishing the lake has to offer.
The cabin is located only a few miles from Zorbaz on Little Pine, the Lakeside Golf course and the Town of Perham with its vibrant downtown and restaurants.
The cabin is located on a paved road. There is a small, active farm across the street from the cabin.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay on Little Pine Lake! The Little Pine Lake house was in the perfect location, and definitely met our needs. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view. I would recommend a stay here to anyone. Thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin with us!

Summary: Had a fantastic family get away. Our family has several young children (including an infant). Bedrooms are all on the upper level so as people woke up we could congregate on the lower level without disturbing everyone. The water was shallow enough for the young ones to run around and the bottom was very sandy. We really enjoyed all the lake toys they had and the fire pit right down by the water. The town of Perham was awesome with plenty of shopping, nice brewery and parks.

Summary: Perfect amount of space for our family of four. Nice neighborhood, secluded location with our own private dock and place for nightly fires. Communication was excellent. Great to have paddle boards and kayak. Rented a boat from Park Rapids Boat Rental and they were excellent to deal with. Overall a great stay, lake was not overly busy so we were able to enjoy ourselves without feeling crowded! Perham is a nice little town!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the lake house! We spent a lot of time outside and in the sunrooms which were very nice to see the lake from. There were lots of activities to do from bean bags, fire pit, grilling, games, we didn't have time to try it all. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable too! Our host was great with communication and quickly responded to messages if I had a question. Definitely would recommend to others looking for a nice place to stay!

Summary: This property is a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and well appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked and beautiful. The downstairs living and dining room are roomy and comfortable. The upstairs included 3 nice bedrooms with extra sleeping area in the upstairs and downstairs porch. The layout of the property worked well for us. The property is located in a quiet area with excellent access to the lake which includes a nice dock, fire pit and many water toys. Beautiful views in a secluded area. Overall, a beautiful place to stay for a family, or friends to get together!

Summary: We loved our stay here on Little Pine. The home was very clean and had so many amenities. We loved the layout of the inside, with the separation of the bedrooms on the upper level. We were able to put our little ones down to bed and still enjoy time in the main living area downstairs, or outdoors. We utilized almost all of the amenities - the grill, fire ring, lily pad, kayaks, garden hose, yard games, etc. We utilized both sun rooms daily - this was such a perfect spot to let our toddler run or play while we still enjoyed the sun when not outdoors. We brought a pontoon and tied it up to the dock. The water area has a private feel with the tree separation from the neighbors. The overall location was great - on a quiet road and we personally loved the sunset view over the farm across the street. It is the best of both worlds, great lake spot during the day and beautiful yard with views in the evening. Communication with Elise was fantastic leading up to our stay and she was also very responsive with any questions we had during our stay as well. I highly recommend this property and we would definitely rent it again.

Summary: This is an amazing property!! Pictures don’t do it justice. Clean, organized and beautiful inside and out. Plenty of dishes for cooking so you don’t have to bring your own things. Towels and all linens were provided. Even board games, puzzles and toys are provided for the kiddos. Elise and her husband are excellent hosts who even checked on us a couple times during the week. This is a gem of a property!

Summary: Firstly, the host (Elise) had fantastic communication. She was accessible for any questions. Secondly, the place is beautiful! Brand new fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable bedding and bed. I wish we had more time there and will be back this summer with more family. The town of Perham was fun to explore and a dinner at Zorbas is always a treat! Even though the lake was still cold, both sunrooms provided a beautiful view so we could enjoy the sunset and sunrise. Kudos on a great property!
