55+ community! Come home to your very own clean & cozy 1 bed/bath mobile home after a day of what interests you. 40 minute drive north of Tampa airport. Nearby college's & hospital's for adult students/nurses. Minimum age to rent is 45. Background check required. All pets need pre-approval, current vet & immunizations record(s). One dog <40# only or 2 cats max, bring protection for furniture. Extra $75 fee plus $200 fully refundable if there is no damage or extra cleaning from shedding. Total of 2 pets of any type less than 40 Lbs & must be pre-approved by me before confirming your stay.
There is a community heated swimming pool & hot tub within walking distance. You can also just chill at the smaller nearby beaches (Pine Island, Hudson, Weeki Wachee and Hernando). Clearwater & St. Pete beaches are within an hours drive south. Hiking or biking (Weeki Wachee Preserve), canoeing, kayaking, boating, scuba diving, scalloping, horseback riding, fishing, golfing, bike trails or just sight seeing.
High-speed Wi-Fi & smart TVs. Must have vehicle. One dog <40 pounds CONSIDERED. Proof of updated vaccines & Bordetella required from vet. Additional $75 pet fee if accepted plus FULLY refundable $200 deposit if there is not additional pet hair to clean or damage to home..
Clean towels, linens, extra blankets, new pillows after each visit and toiletries provided. Please do not use bleach on ANY of towels or linens I provide. Also, NO fabric softner with towel wash, vinegar ok & dryer sheets ok.

Summary: The cottage was tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The hostess was very attentive and accommodating - we absolutely loved the park, the setting and the facilities (pool, clubhouse etc;) also, the gardens to the property were beautiful and well cared for. We would definitely stay again at this property.

Summary: We were lucky enough to have our landlady, Wanda, in the area for the beginning and a couple days at the end of our stay. We hit it off with her right away. Even our very shy dog took to her quickly. She was genuinely concerned with our needs, doing everything and anything to make us as comfortable as possible. We've never stayed anywhere so clean. I've always felt like I've had to reclean or at least wipe down other rentals, not here! Can't wait to come back and spend time with our new friend! Thank you, Wanda!

Summary: We were in town for a really tuff time my Mother passed away suddenly as we were leaving her to go visit my natural Father. I will always cherish the last four days I had with Mom. When my older Sis received the news she had a brain aneurism that ruptured. That is how we landed at the property here! It was just what my husband and I needed. All the comforts of home just like we were being Loved on & Spoiled by Mommy! The host & I became fast friends! Thank you for a great stay through sad times.
