Positive: # Good motel for 1 night if you are in transit (we traveled from Glacier National Park to Mount Rainier) # Somewhat run down but good bed and shower # close to interstate 90 and city center
Negative: # A bit overpriced given the (fairly small) size of the room and the location # No water cooker in the room to make tea etc.

Positive: Linda was amazing, the room was clean and cozy. Great value for the price. I liked the bungalow style of the hotel, it gives a feel for the area without compromising on the accomadations.
Negative: The bathroom was a bit old and small, and could be redone better.
Summary: It's a great place to stay with caring staff.

Positive: Room was clean. Good bathtub/shower and the wifi was strong. The room had an air conditioner that was more than adequate and kept the room frigid -- which is a plus for me. Room had a small refrigerator and microwave.
Negative: As far as I could tell, the room we stayed in was a converted mobile home trailer. Four of the rooms are in this converted trailer (4-7, I believe), which has a decent deck for all four rooms. Two plastic chairs outside the door are a bit dingy. Room decor is out of the 1970s, but has nice updates with USB charging outlets in the room alarm clock. We didn't use the room TV (which was small) because I normally watch/stream on my laptop. Wifi was great. Our room had two full-size beds that were soft but comfortable. Overall, the room was fairly small. The motel is right next to I-90, but the air conditioner for the most part drowns out interstate noise. But when the air conditioner is off, you can hear every vehicle that goes by. However, it looks like every place you can stay in St. Regis is right next to the interstate, so if traffic noise is an issue for you, choose another town to stay.
Summary: Clean but old motel -- and most inexpensive place to stay in St. Regis

Positive: This motel is very clean and in a quiet, out of the way place. It is not updated in any way and reminded me of something you would see in a movie about the 1950's. I did not even see a front desk person. She handled everything over the phone. They still have real keys. There are only about 10 units so it is really small. It is a really good place for pets.
Negative: You can hear some Interstate noise. There is not any coffee around so we had to go out to get some first thing.
Summary: Ok for a quick overnight trip
